The issue ranges from unpaid promotional arrears which means that workers promoted to higher positions have not been enjoying the benefit of their promotion, uncomfortable and inconducive environment for nurses and other health workers and from a reliable source it is said that health workers use their own money for the continuity of work and service to the patients. The staff have said no to these and more, there have been series of meetings between the management and The Chairman, Medical and health workers’ union of Nigeria FAC(federal area council) Lagos, comrade S.N IBE with the branch chairman, we are yet to hear of any concluded decision ..
