So valentine's day was yesterday.
The long awaited day in the month of February. And I would say my experience was eye opening. I loved the way Babcock students made the day spectacular.
It was quite unfortunate it was a sabbath.
While some halls were filled with screams as different students were called to receive 'acts of love', others seemed quiet, practically dead(no names mentioned).
Maturity and consideration was shown as various gifts ranging from perfumes to shoes were exchanged. The customary tradition of cake giving was exhibited. Many made good of their opportunities and went for the pool party and even more visited the guest house for a romantic dinner..
I think we can call it a really delightful day indeed.
a big shout out to all those who received and gave, to all my guys who spent, you're truly appreciated.
As we begin this week, one question... Was it really worth it all?

Robert is back
90 year old President of Zimbabwe, Robert Mugabe takes over as Chairman of The African Union. He is succeeding Mohamed Ould Abdel Aziz, President of Mauritania.
Depending on how its looked at, this serves as good news to some African leaders but generally bad news to leaders from the western world considering his views and policies on western and foreign policies and foreign intervention in African issues.

STURRIDGE IS BACK
After months of being stuck on the sidelines with injury, liverpool's prolific goal scorer is back. With Super Mario not looking to hit form anytime soon with one goal in 780 minutes it took Daniel Sturridge just a few minutes upon his return to get on the scoresheet. Will his return bring a rise in Liverpool's form enabling them get into the already tight battle for champions league spot? No one knows, but one thing is sure, Sturridge is back, let's see where he takes Liverpool.
CHOOSE OR LOSE
Nollywood actress Funke Akindele and famous Radio presenter Toolz both took part in the choose or lose campaign organised by MTV Base Africa sensitising Nigerians to vote and make their voices count. We here also think you should vote!!!
